Young Barber's Career Began at Afterschool

Today we would like to highlight a Sunrise Superstar! Jaelin is an 8th grader at Cassidy School. He explored barbering in the Cassidy/Lamberton barbershop club and has honed in on his craft.

He created his own business! He got his own clippers and has created his own business cards.

“Jaelin learned how to cut hair last year. He was named one of the best of our Barbershop club. I had to see what he could do, and let me tell y’all—my guy is GOOD!” Says Alex Alford, who even let Jaelin cut his hair.

Afterschool gives students the opportunity to have inspiring experiences everyday, like participating in unique clubs like the Cassidy/Lamberton Barbershop club.
